Sam Coupland B Ec, Grad Dip Fin Mgmt, CA
Sam is a Chartered Accountant and a licensed business broker.
He is involved in all facets of practice management consulting, working with partners and managers to develop and grow their practices. His consulting interests and experience includes profit improvement strategies, law firm valuations, strategic planning, merger negotiations and business coaching.
From his research, training and consulting activities, Sam is in a unique position to work with you to successfully manage equity decisions in your firm. Prior to joining FMRC, Sam was a member of the consulting division of a Big 4 accounting firm.
Neil Oakes B Ec, Grad Dip Fin Mgmt
Neil has been working almost exclusively as a management consultant with the legal profession for 20 years. He undertakes consulting assignments for law firms throughout Australia and New Zealand, specialising in strategic advantage, profit growth strategies, contemporary leadership and change management. Each year he is involved with some 110 law firms of various sizes and specialty areas of practice.
