Practice Management Training Courses The type of information we collect when you register for our Practice Management Training Courses will include your name, contact details (telephone number, address, email address) and employer and may include your credit card number and its expiry date.

Wherever our business is outsourced to third party contractors, such as mailing houses and Information Technology professionals, we undertake to ensure that these parties are bound by confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements.
Information provided to these parties remains the property of FMRC Legal and is only used for the specific purpose for which it is supplied and on completion it is returned to us.
Wherever possible, FMRC Legal will elect to deal with agents who are bound by the provisions of the Privacy Act. Where this is not possible we will make every effort to verify that they otherwise comply with the National Privacy Principles as provided by the Office of the Federal Privacy Commissioner.
Confidentiality We have a strong commitment to treat all personal data we receive from you in our training courses and surveys with strict confidentiality.
Under the Privacy Act we have a duty to keep confidential all personal information we hold about you, including:

Direct Marketing & Your Privacy From time to time we will use the personal information we collect from you to inform you of products and services that we consider may be of interest to you.

Updating Your Information with Us We rely on the accuracy of the information you provide to us. Security of Your Personal Information The NPPs require us to take reasonable steps to protect the security of personal information. FMRC Legal personnel are required to respect the confidentiality of personal information and the privacy of individuals.
FMRC Legal takes all reasonable steps to protect personal information held from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure, for example by use of physical security and restricted access to electronic records.
Where we no longer require your personal information for a permitted purpose under the NPPs, we will take reasonable steps to destroy it.
Access to Your Personal Information You may request access to the personal information we hold about you. We will provide you with such access wherever possible and within reasonable time. We may apply a fee for such access, to cover our costs. We would ask that any such request is stated as clearly as possible and adequately identifies the information you are seeking and where it is located.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy This information relates to our current Privacy Policy.
